Jiracek 511 - Natural Horn
Handmade in the Czech Republic around 2005, the Jiracek model 511 is based on the French style of natural horn with a bell taper from a Franz Weckert instrument. The instrument’s main tube is 11.2mm bore (the smallest bore size of all Jiracek and Sons’ historic horns) and with adaptors can be played at A= Hz 440, 430 or 415.
This horn is supplied with the a full set of crooks: C-alto, Bb, A, G, F, E, Eb, D, C basso, with an adaptor for Bb basso
It comes with 2 cases – one for the corpus and one for crooks
This is the most desirable and authentic historic model made by Jiracek. The body/corpus and all crooks are in excellent condition with no signs of any dents.
