Ed. Kruspe - Wendler Compensator
DESCRIPTIONIn fine to good condition for its age with no patches, most likely dating from the early 1960s. Valve compression is fine with slightly thicker valve oil and is still a very playable horn. These are very fine compensating horns that play well in tune with a very usable low range that has a far from stuffy F side unlike some other compensators. Anneke Scott can be heard playing and discussing the earlier Gumpert version in the following links.
